Free express shipping on all orders over $150 Australia wide.
$10 flat rate express shipping on all orders under $150 Australia wide.
Regular delivery within Australia will take between 2-5 working days, depending on your location.

Your order will usually be processed and shipped from our warehouse within 1-2 business days.
Once we have sent your order, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
Please note, deliveries can't typically be made to P.O Boxes or Parcel Lockers, but please contact us at hello@novellathelabel.com if you require this service. We're always happy to try and help.
Both "Signature on Delivery" or "Authority To Leave" options are available to select upon delivery, so be sure to consider which one is best suited for you.
"Signature on Delivery" means the parcel won't be delivered unless someone is there to sign for it in person. If someone isn't there to sign for the parcel, couriers will leave a slip so that you can collect the parcel from a collection point instead.
"Authority To Leave" means that no signature will be required for delivering the parcel and couriers will find somewhere to leave the item if it's safe to do so, either it will be inside your mailbox or in another safe place.
Novella can't be held accountable for lost parcels that are delivered with "Authority to Leave". If this option is selected at checkout, Novella is not responsible for parcels marked as delivered by the courier service.
We suggest using a daytime business address whenever possible to ensure timely and safe delivery of your parcel.

We offer flat rate shipping to U.S.A and Canada.
We ship via DHL express for all U.S.A and Canada orders. Expect up to 7 business days for delivery.
All orders are displayed and processed in AUD unless you select a different currency from the menu, in which case your order and shipping costs will display in your selected currency.
We will process your order within 1-2 business days. Once we have sent your order, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
Some international orders may need to follow a customs clearance procedure, if so, Novella will not be held responsible for any delays caused by that procedure.
Some international orders may also require additional duties and taxes that are applied in the country of delivery, any fees associated with import charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Please note that any of these additional charges are non-refundable by Novella in the event that goods are returned.
We are required to declare the actual value of internationally shipped goods and will label them as merchandise.
Novella is not liable for any loss or damage in transit or late delivery by our selected carrier. Compensation for loss or damage in the course of carriage is at the discretion of the courier.
